embroidery and vinyl heat transfer. Vinyl film is a thin
and stretchable garment medium, similar to screen printing.
It is custom cut to your specifications and applied with a Heat
Transfer Machine. Vinyl transfers have a soft feel, smoother
appearance and a more durable imprint. Vinyl film is
available in a generous variety of colors.
Embroidery is also available. With 1000’s of designs in stock,
or your custom company logo, personalizing your Scrub Cap or
Bouffant Cap is easy. Imagine your company logo on a Scrub Cap
as a potential marketing product. Instead of passing out
those pens and post it notes, hand out a Custom Made Scrub Cap
that advertises your company name!
If you desire a special fabric design, please
e-mail us with your desire and we will let you know if that
fabric is available and the estimated delivery time.
Custom orders will cost an additional $2.00 per item.
Additional charges will also be added to custom orders that
require Embroidery and Vinyl heat transfers. Please
e-mail us with your requirement and we will price out a
quote for your Embroidery or Vinyl heat transfer requirement.
Due to the size limitations of the caps, vinyl and embroidery
designs are limited by the amount of detail in the design.
