Shipping Policy
Almost all shipping is done with USPS via First Class, Priority or Express mail. Larger orders will be sent with UPS Ground. Most small orders are shipped within 5-7 days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Custom caps are non refundable. If you are unhappy with the fit of your ComfyCap, please contact me so I can do everything within my power to make you happy. Due to the personal nature and hygiene issues, I am unable to take returns once they have been tried on.
